Help Andrew & his family beat Childhood Leukaemia & save their family home!

Since Andrew’s diagnosis late last year, the family have struggled to make their mortgage repayments.
Prior to Andrew’s diagnosis, Andrew’s mother, Lisa was a busy mum and wife dividing her time between caring for her family, running her own business “Disruptive Dogs” and training dogs for the RSPCA.
Since Andrew’s diagnosis Lisa has done what any mother would do, and has significantly reduced her working hours in order to support her son through his treatment and weekly hospital visits.

To make matters worse, Lisa’s husband James (Andrew’s step dad) was made redundant and has struggled to get another job. However, despite desperately needing the additional income, James was now needed at home to care for their other children, so Lisa could be with Andrew in the hospital.

Lisa and James contacted their insurance company for assistance and thought they had done the right thing by taking out mortgage protection as soon as their home was built. Unfortunately the family were informed that as neither she nor her husband were the ones diagnosed with cancer; the insurance company was unable to offer them any assistance.
Despite this set back Lisa worked hard between hospital visits, evenings and weekends Lisa while James worked any odd jobs he could get. Sadly after several months they are faced with the devastating realisation that they are still unable to cover the mortgage repayments and as a direct result the bank have given them 3 weeks to sort something out before taking matters further, leaving the family at risk of losing their family home.
