We are a team of journalists, non-profit professionals, media producers and civic activists. Like so many around the world we stand in peaceful, action-oriented solidarity with the citizens of Ferguson, Missouri.

"History is written by the victors." ~Winston Churchill

Our mission is to help Ferguson residents tell their story in their own words to a world ready to listen. At this critical moment in American history, the project will provide professionally produced and unfiltered dispatches from Ferguson via media broadcast partnerships with print, radio and online publications.

The driving belief behind this project is simple: community leaders everywhere are directly accountable to their citizens. The difficult and necessary work of ensuring transparency, safety and justice can be done when citizens are actively engaged and their voices are truly heard.

We need your help. Your support will allow us to work directly with community leaders and local organizations as they define a path for a better future in Ferguson and beyond
