Help to fund mysterious death

On 8-15-15 My daughter who was in the custody of dcf in a foster home was found unresponsive with anther two year old. My daughter died the other remains in critical condition. I want to find out awnsers as to why this happened in there custody. Before they have a chance to cover it up. Please help me and my family find answers to our many questions. This keeps happening in the state of MA and it is not acceptable. Me and my family thank everyone for any help.
