If you follow me or any of my amazing followers on Twitter, you've probably heard - I wrote a book! It's called "This Mermaid's Life," and it's a collection of creative non-fiction vignettes. Some of it's heartbreaking. Most of it's funny. ALL of it is awesome, so much so that I gave you 100 reasons to love it - see? No agent? No publisher? NO PROBLEM!
Why this platform, you ask? WHEW! SOOOOOO MANY REASONS. (Oh, if you'd like to look at my writing stuff and see what the hell a "creative non-fiction vignette" even is, you can do that here.) And you CAN'T beat that price. I could have charged more, but more than anything, I want everyone to be able to afford to read it. This is my passion, and my craft. I put my heart and soul in this, and I'm so proud of it I can't hardly WAIT for you to read it!
My initial release date has been delayed as it is contingent on my legal counsel's go-ahead (my route has been unorthdox, but there's still things we have to do the old-fashioned way if we don't wish to be sued - and we don't); purchasers of the book will be notified immediately of the release and any relevant updates via email.
