Robbed and on Bedrest!

I was in Egypt and was robbed of my passport, money and credit cards.  I was put on bedrest shortly after that for the next six months.  
I am currently in Romania with my son.  I received distressing news and now find that I am in desperate need of funds to pay back bills.
