This is our friend Eric, after giving a speech at his old elementary school about the importance of staying active and how he does it by biking.
Eric D. Meza is one of the greatest friends anyone can have. He's always cheerful, is friendly to everyone he meets, and always makes you feel included. He's always willing to talk to someone who's feeling down and he encourages others to do what's right. He's adventurous and spontaneous, but he also works hard. When he's not biking and exploring, he's studying to be an engineer at Portland State University. Basically, Eric is just an awesome human being.
On May 9th, 2014, Eric discovered that his car had been broken into and stolen. He will no longer be able to drive to new places to explore with his bike, or organize off campus trips with his friends. We've all shared so many good memories in that car, and we were all devestated to hear the news. Eric is too great of a person to have something this awful happen to him.
We decided that we want to surprise him and raise some money in attempts to buy him a replacement vehicle, but we can not do it alone. Your donations will help us find Eric a new car to create new memories in. No donation is too small, every single penny will bring us one step closer to our goal. Eric has given us so much, now we want to give back!
