Martin Cox has spent his life traveling the world educating people and to give his support to people in need. He has always given everything he has had to anyone that needed it. Martin has been struggling with cardiac issues since 2007.
He has been doing the best he can with managing his steady decline in health as the heart failure has set in.
He is now in desperate need of financial assistance with care givers medical bills, food , home medical equiptment, doctor visits, heart failure clinics, and now transplant clinics Just to name a few things. He is currently struggling to make ends meet with only having 18 percent of his heart functioning.
Martin Cox needs constant care and medical supervision at this time. He is constantly in and out of the hospital last time he was in icu and we came close to losing him a few times.
Marty has had a difibulator implanted and has been experiencing severe issues with it causing blood clots and severe pain. This is the first step in the transplant process. A bandaide of sorts to get him thru for transplant. He is supposed to be on a special cardiac diet but cannot afford it with the rest of his expenses. As every thing sit right now he is having trouble affording food!Including but not limited to: travel expense to and from specialists out of the area to do pre op and post op testing, rejection testing, and checks that he will have to go to atleast twice weekly, physical therapy post op and much more that he will have to have the funds to get to and from. He cant afford his special cardiac diet, medications, home medical equiptment, or anything at this point. Please help out any way you can.
