East High School advances to Destination Imagination's Global Finals!
Destination Imagination is an competitive educational program where student teams work through some very demanding critical thinking and problem solving assignments that strengthen our educational system.
East High School is part of the Youngstown City Schools. Youngstown is an empoverished city that is located in Northeast Ohio.
This year, East's DI team worked together and advanced to the Global Championship in Knoxville, Tennessee. The four students on East's team as well as their coach, Jeanne Constantino and a teacher volunteer need your help to attend GLOBALS from May 20-25. The cost is approximately $10,000 which includes transportation, food, lodging as well as team pins which are an important part of the DI experience.
