Please help the Howard Family!

I have had hypothyroidism since I was 14 years old. Over the years it has been pretty manageable on medication. After I had my children (Ages 4 and 2) my health took a turn for the worst. I developed hashimotos (an autoimmune disease because of the thyroid) which lead to various health issues, I became so anemic that I have to get iron infusions every few months, I have chronic kidney infections and stones, I am in constant body pain, they are trying to decide if it's thyroid related or more than that and could be fibromyalgia. I developed a heart issue. My heart was too "stresssed" so that when I actually do something like run to actually cause it to become "stressed", it would become overworked and my stats would drop. My thyroid has given my body hell and I am up to my neck in medical bills.
Because of all this and my husband having to take off work to help me get back on my feet, we have fallen behind on our bills. We had to take a title loan out on our car to help make ends meet but that only went so far. I am just asking for some help to get the mandatory bills paid while we get things back on track. Dominion, water, car insurance, title loan payments, and mandatory necessaries such as gas and tolietries. My husband is up for a promotion right now and we are really counting on that to get us back on track but right now it's just a waiting game of seeing when it's going to happen.
