86 year old vet being sued

Virgil Wesley is and 86 year old World War II veteran who has lived in his home since 1995. Brookridge Country Club is suing Wesley for $75,000, because they allege 60 square feet of his garage is on country club property, according to a survey. We're told Kansas law says Wesley can raise as a defense the concept of adverse possession.  We need help to raise money for his cause, and to find a lawyer.
