Jeremy DeLara goes 2 Worship School

I recently applied for a program called "The Worship School" back in march. I've been looking for opportunities to learn from other worship leaders and musicians involved in ministry to better lead my local church. I've gone to various conferences that have been helpful and have given me a few ideas and some resources that have been beneficial in my growth but have always felt a little disconnected because of the volume of attendees. This left very little room for a personal teaching environment.

I found out the Worship School accepts only 40 applicants for their program, so after arguing with myself saying things like "what happens if they don't accept me?" or "what if i get accepted and don't have the money?" for a day or so,i finally filled out the application and had resolved in my mind that if i were to get accepted, I just had to trust that God would sort out things in such a way for me to be able to attend.

About a week later, I recieved an email of acceptance. I was ONE of the FORTY people selected for The Worship School's class of 2014!

The goal that's set will cover my tuition, Airfare, and transportation or housing in spokane. 

In Spokane, I have the option of staying in a host home but would have to transport myself to downtown Spokane to school each day, or stay in a hotel that is a block away from the school.
