My good friends over at Ameur Amor are getting ready to launch their company and I'll be documenting their journey. They're a social business on a mission to fight poverty through promoting entrepreneurship and investing in poor people, rather than providing charity.
This May, they're traveling to India to put their business model into effect and further research how great of an impact they can have. I need your help to get there.
I have all the camera equipment I need to tell the story, and filming in India will capture a more powerful and complete story. The short film will be entered into the Sundance Short Film Challenge. Production has already begun and the documentary will be completed by July 1st, 2014.
The funds will go directly toward:
A plane ticket (SF,CA -> Mumbai)
Music/sound mixing
