Dental Bills

I was shocked today to find that my dental situation is much, much worse off than I thought it was originally.
Due to issues with self confidence as well as former abusive relationships which I'm no longer a party in, I haven't taken very good care of myself in the past. This is pretty much my own fault, I can't blame anyone but myself for allowing others to control my actions and self-worth. But I'm trying to change that now, since I'm in a healthy relationship with a supportive partner who wants me to be healthy.
I decided to start with my teeth, after spending the past couple years in almost nonstop jaw pain. I blew it off as a simple tooth infection and thought I was being a baby, until I finally got into the office. Turns out I have periodontitis and 7 teeth which are basically mush and need to be extracted ASAP, and replaced with either partials (dentures...) or implants.
As a 22 year old female the thought of having either dentures or 7 holes in my mouth is absolutely heartwrenching, but either is a better option than losing my jaw due to having this infection continue to gnaw away at the bone. So, I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help, as a dear friend has suggested I do.
I've included a photo of the invoice for the extraction and denture treatment, including the notes of the receptionist. This is with my insurance; the total handwritten at the bottom is $4128.
Unfortunately I'm apparently not a candidate for partials; I have to get implants. This means another $3k per tooth. I'm absolutely devastated by this change.
Thanks for any help that you are willing or able to offer. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
