Operation Sunblock for Soldiers
U.S. Soldiers operate in some of the hottest desert environments on Earth. With many of our soldiers still there, and several more on their way, the harsh temperatures they face can reach 120 degrees Fahrenheit. We are entering some of the driest, hottest months in Afghanistan and Iraq. July will be brutal!
Let's see what we can do to help our men and women serving our country. While away from home, and in a war zone, the last thing on a soldier's mind should have to be getting a painful sun burn. Help protect them as they protect us!
As a Mary Kay independent Beauty Consultant, as well as a Soldier's wife, my goal is to raise as many soldier sun kits as possible, these will be donated to The Soldier's Angels program; "May No Soldier Go Unloved!" The Soldier's Angels program will distribute our gifts directly to the troops.
I believe it is our duty to them to protect them as they are focusing on protecting us!
Any donation is helpful, a tax writeoff, and it is simple. You just decide how many soldiers you want to sponsor and call, text or email me. You can also order directly on my website, add any sun care item to your cart, then in the comments section write "Operation Sunblock" and let me know how many soldiers you would like to sponsor. Although I find suncare is highly important, please do not feel limited to donating just these items. Soldiers are always in need for skin care washes or wipes, body washes, shaving gels, face bars, and lotion. These items to us come as easy as a trip to the nearest store, to them, it is a world apart. Show our troops love and support, donate for the cause "Operation Sunblock".
