In Loving Memory of Nicholas Miller
Donation protected
On Friday evening July 24, 2015 at approximately 8:30 PM, Nick was riding his motorcycle home from Panama City Beach after picking up his paycheck. He was on his way to get diapers and milk for his baby boys with the money he had just received. Nick rode just a short distance before a car suddenly maneuvered into his lane. He lost his helmet in the collision and was thrown 342 feet from the point of impact, breaking his neck in two places and sustaining multiple other broken bones among severe brain injuries.
Nick was moved to hospice care on Thursday, August 20, 2015 where he would be more comfortable and where it would take less time to get the medicine he very much needed. Family and friends gathered together that evening in his new room which was something that could not be done in his hospital room. As we sat around and talked to Nick he seemed to know we were there. His wife Bonnie who is a truly amazing and strong woman adjusted his pillows and massaged his legs with lotion in hopes that he was comfortable. She kissed him and told him she loved him and as we all went to leave he responded to us by breathing heavy and so we stayed and comforted him a little longer.
Upon departure that night we gathered at his bed side all laying our gentle hands on his body and prayed for Nick to have strength whether he stayed with us or if he decided to go home to heaven and watch over us.
On Friday August 21, 2015 Nick began to have some difficulties breathing and around 1:30 in the afternoon Nick passed away.

Nick was always a great friend to everyone he knows. He could be as tough as a rock and bull-headed, but he has always been there and given to friends in times of need. He would literally give the shirt off his back even if it was the only one he had.
Nick loved the outdoors and his favorite hobby was fishing and he never cared what obsticle he had to overcome just to get that line in the water. One fond story was how Nick wasnt able to take his fishing poles on the bike. His only mode of transportation was his bike so he packed his backpack with pvc pipes and broke down his poles so that he could pack them. He put his backpack on with his poles sticking out got on his bike and fishing he went! What a creative guy he was. These are the kinds of things he was known to do to put smiles on our faces daily.
He also loved to take his boys to the creek for the day and fish with them as well. These days he was surrounded by his family. It was always the more the merrier with Nick and he always stuck out in the croud with his happy go lucky attitude and always wanted to just have fun.
While these are just a few things that are brought to the front of our minds and though our lives will be forever changed, we shall never forget or stop loving Nick.
Now, with all of this being said the truly hard part of all of this is that he leaves behind his most precious loved ones. His wife and 3 children. At this point in time there is a very extensive hospital and hospital bill. The bills at home will be no easy task as bonnie is now a widow with three small children which makes it nearly impossible for her to get a job with no money for daycare or a vehicle.
This family is in desperate need of assistance during this trying and tragic time. Let's all give back what Nick and Bonnie have so generously and freely given us. Please donate whatever you are able to his young family so that they may keep a roof over their heads, food in their bellies, and clothes on their backs!
We love you Nick; Fly High and may you always watch over us and Rest In Peace!
