Stewart's medical expenses

We got an email from a family that has adopted a puppy from us, about a kitten.  We were not able to get in touch with them till today to find out the story.  By the way we are a dog rescue but have offered to do what we can to help.  We have called this little guy Stewart as he was thrown out of a car window off the Stewarts Ferry exit.  The gentleman that picked him up was 3 cars back when he saw him being thrown from the window and saw him getting hit by a car.  He rushed the poor little fellow to a local vets not knowing what to do or where to go.  Just wanted to make sure he was not suffering.  We went by today to talk to the vet and see what we could do to help.  The kitten has nerve damage in his tail and front left leg.  Once he is in better shape will have to have the tail amputated and maybe his leg.  Any donation would be appreciated to help this little guy.  We are a non profit so can write you a receipt.
