A Tornado Shelter for the Skimbo House

As most of you know, tornados in Oklahoma last year were deadly and very close by our home.  This upcoming storm season is expected to be no different.  We currently have no storm shelter at our home, making tornadic weather very dangerous situations.  Please help us fund installing a storm shelter so we have a place to seek safety when the sirens sound.   Especially with a young child, having a place right at our home will mean I can seek shelter quickly and without traveling in the storm.   Chet also works nights so a shelter would help me feel I could get Reagan to saftey, even if I was home alone. 
Tornadic weather often means heavy rain, power outages, loss of statlitle TV and cell phone reception.  These storms can even happen at night.  Sirens are sometimes the only warning, leaving little time to get anywhere else and result in using only a closet for protection.  We have identified a location right off our back porch to install an under ground shelter, just a few steps to protection. 
I know a lot of friends and family supported my efforts to aid those effected by the 2013 tornados.  I am asking again, this time for a more permanete help in ensuring the safety of my family.  Before storm season arrives, help us install a shelter.
