Continuing My Education

I have recently located my family of 4 to Oklahoma City, OK. During the move I ended up with a withdraw from one of my courses. In order for me to continue with my schooling either locally or online I need to pay for the course within 6 months. Ultimitely I would like to transfer to a local university but in order for me to get any transcripts from my current university and previous institute I need to bring my balance at Grand Canyon University from $872 to a $0 and Institute of Technology balance of $1445.50 down to $0. I was going to use my tax return but that got used towards a previous balance owed to the IRS. If I choose to continue with the current university I will need to then start payments to cover $988 to retake the course but I am only looking for help with the current balance of $872 + $1445.50 = $2317.50. I started off in 2011 at the Institute of Technology and decided to continue my education to earn a Bachelors in the Healthcare field. Little did I know an online education is a little more difficult for me then a traditional school setting but I am a year into it and believe that I can continue on with just a little help whether it is local or online. My current GPA is 3.55. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
