Dear friends and supporters:
I am looking to raise money to assist in covering expenses related to a month long printmaking residency workshop. I am finishing my last semester of my Masters of Fine Arts program at George Mason University. I was recently accepted to attend a summer intensive in plate lithography at Tamarind Institute in New Mexico. I am looking to raise money to pay for my tuition and housing costs and a portion of my supplies.
Finances are tight and this opportunity to learn plate lithography would benefit me by enhancing my skills as a printmaker and sharing this experience and new skills in the classroom.
As an incentive I am offering original artwork as a thank you to my sponsors. At the Silver level a limited edition Photogravure print titled Peonies, at $100 dollars a surprise print from the Tamarind Residency and for those that can help support me at the $350 dollar level, with my educational endeavor to help bring these skills back to the classroom, I am offering a print I produced in February 2014. It is a photogravure print sized at 18"x24" as a thank you gift.
