Each day very young children in the USA and around the world suffer from a rare disorder, called FPIES, that stops their body from accepting our Number 1 need, FOOD! Children so allergic to things like corn, soy, and others, that the need for quality meat free of the trigger allergens is real.
I grow meats, Beef, Pork, Chicken, and not just any meats, but specially fed and cared for animals to help these children heal, keeping them out of hospitals, and giving them food options to allow them to thrive and develop into happy healthy children and adults.
With the funds raised here, I will be giving these struggling children a large discount on their final bill including free/ reduced price shipping and processing of the meats to their door for their child.
As a meat producer, I feel saddened that few care enough about others to help grow safe foods for those who are so sensitive, and for those vulnderable to becoming sensitive.
Many of these FPIES children come to us with as little as 1-2 food items in their diet, and they are 1.5-2.5 years old! One child was not talking, or running about as a 20 month old, he is small for his age, and pale looking. In just a short month's time, through our trial period, he began babbling, playing, and getting into mischiff like young "normal" kids do! Another child had been in and out of the hospital with severe Anemia. Since finding us, he is thriving, has not been back to the hospital for the anemia! His need for our meat is real! THERE ARE MORE OF THESE KIDS! THERE ARE FAMILIES THAT CANNOT AFFORD TO SHIP THE MEAT FROM OUR FARM TO THEIR HOME, EVEN THOUGH THE COST IS SMALL.
