We are over half-way (68.11%) to the goal for helping our grandma pay the final expenses and funeral costs for our grandpa. While our grandma followed the ambulance, their house was robbed. This is the news video that was on KPIX Ch 5 San Francisco reporting about the robbery and the letter our grandma wrote to the thieves. Thank you so much for all the love and support that you have shown our grandma and our family.
Sincerely,
David's Granddaughters - Krystie, Emma, Alora, Kirah, Casey, Sydney, Erika, Megann.
David's Grandsons - Dylan and Trevor
David's Great-Grandsons - Elysia and Brayden
David's Great-Granddaughters - Hazel and Ellee
and the two great- grandbabies that are due soon.

A pictorial tribute to my late husband David Richmond. While I followed the ambulance to the hospital when my husband died on February 16, 2014, some kind persons found it necessary to kick in my front door and remove items that might remind me of the love of my life. I am posting this memorial in the hopes that said thoughtful person or persons sees this, they will be able to tell that while they may have stolen the physical items that remind me of my husband, they could never take my memories of him. He was the kindest, gentlest, most honest and loving person I ever met. He would have given them anything they wanted had they asked. But, now they have to live with themselves knowing they robbed from the dead. Do I want any of the things they took back? Well, of course. Do I expect to ever see them again? No. If I could have only one thing they took, it would be his pillowcase where he last laid his head. They took that right off of his pillow, I guess to carry the other items they were removing. I wish them peace with themselves and am glad that I don't have to live in their skin.

We are asking for donations to help us cover Davids final expenses. As we followed him to the hospital our home was broken into and we were robbed of our very treasured items and heirlooms. We would like to thank each and everyone of you for your outpour of support and kind words. And we thank you for you donations, big and small, anything is helpful during these hard times. God bless you all.

It's wonderful that so many have come together to support one person. It's heartwarming, although heartbreaking, too.

So sorry for the loss of your beloved David, and for having to deal with those asshats stealing from you. Having just lost our dear brother, Brent, I know how hard and expensive funerals can be. Sending you love.

My brother taught middle school for over 30 years in Michigan, so to honor you, your late husband and teachers everywhere, I hope this gift will help a little because I know that funerals are very, very expensive. Remember: God doesn't like ugly and those cretins who violated your home and your memories will be called to account for their evil deeds. May God bless and comfort you and your family in this time of sadness.
