Dog being put to sleep

After 10 years we will have to say goodbye to a very loved member of my family. 

Bandit the Karelian Bear Dog. 

After hoping and praying that he would get better and a $1000 vet visit he's taken a turn for the worst. He can no longer hold his bladder. He has stopped eating and my parents have called for a vet to come to their home to lay him to rest finally.

I live in PA and they live in NJ and right now the only thing I can do is watch him through facetime. 

My parents can't afford this last expense, my family has been having financil problems for the past months. It would just be a blessing if this last thing could be taken off their minds.
