Ty Fund for Funeral Costs & Research

Edwin & Charleen's baby boy Ty was just about to turn 3 years old on Feb 19th. Ty passed away on Feb 2nd 2014 and we still do not know the full reasons why he passed away. Ty was admitted to the hospital because he was congested for weeks, just a common cold (rhinovirus). Ty was placed on a ventilator without the knowledge of mom or dad. Ty died 17 days before his 3rd birthday, leaving behind a baby brother 1 years old and a mother and father.

Doctors lock parents outside of the room without consent or knowledge and put Ty on a ventilator behind parents back while they were outside for a few minutes.

The Nurse and Respiratory therapist said that the stats for Ty were looking great. We expected to take him home but an unexplained death occurred.
