Benefit for Susan's Medical treatment!

Our family is a yours, mine, and ours situation. My wife has four from her previous relationship, I have one from my previous relationship and we have three together...total we have eight! My wife and I have been together since 2008 and married since 2010. We have been blessed with 3 miracles, our twins who were born 2 months premature in 2009 and our baby girl whom we almost lost to a ruptured placenta in 2011. Although we are very grateful for all we have, we have also had more than our share of unfortunate events. In Nov of 2011 my wife broke her neck in an auto accident which resulted in the need for spinal fusion surgery and she has been suffering from an array of symptoms since. Including: Fibromyalgia, Migraines, Tachycardia, Sleep Disorders, PTSD, Peptic Ulcers, limited rotation of the cervical spine due to fusion hardware, Severe Skelital and nerve pain, Muscle spasms, and seizures. This is just a basic list of course since it would take a lot longer to go into detail on all the issues. The most pressing issue as of right now is the seizures. They started out small and few shortly after the accident, but progressivly got worse. Now they are at a state where they are of great concern. Dr's around here are at a loss as to what may be causing them and every avenue that is possible to take with the facilities available here have been exhausted. We have been planning a move to Harrisburg PA for a while now and that is what this benefit has been about from the start, is to help us get there; But recently we have been informed that the insurance that has been covering Susan's treatments has run out since it was car insurance coverage from the accident. We are now faced with the burden of covering the cost of medical fees for all of her Neurological testing and medications. We are in dyer need of help.
