Thanks for visiting my fundraising campaign. This is a fundraiser to send me to Haiti this summer to volunteer with Naturopaths Without Borders.
Naturopathic Medicine came into my life about two years ago, and has really made an impact on me. I went from studying business and fashion in NYC, to relocating to western Massachusetts to study herbal medicine and then to Boulder, Colorado, to complete my bachelors in Psychology of Health and Healing.
I am currently shadowing or studying under a licensed Naturopathic Doctor/Acupuncturist weekly, as well as studying different alternative/traditional medicines practiced at my university.
This trip is to get my feet wet in the world of Naturopathy as well as global health. Two avenues I am concurrently pursuing. By going to Haiti, we will be serving the local community with medicine that they can readily access and easily afford over a long-term basis.
