The Forgotten People of Burma

This is my (Omar Esa) second charity venture with Al-Rahma (www.al-rahma.de) a German based charity organization Alhamdullilah. Our first project was raising money for the Syrian humanitarian need, we reached our target thanks to Almighty ALLAH (subhanahu wa ta'ala).
Now our second venture is for our brothers and sisters who are suffering in Burma. They are struggling to remain in their own country, the conditions are very dire. We can not forget their plight, we have to help them and raise awareness on this issue. Lets not allow the Burmese Ummah to be the Forgotten people!
All the money raised for this project will help our Burmese brothers and sisters as explained below.
According to UN 90,000 people are on the run from the riots between Buddhists and Muslims in the Rakhine region in the west of Myanmar and desperately need our support. According to UNHCR, many try to flee to neighboring Bangladesh, but are sent back from there. In Rakhine now a state of emergency. Since the outbreak of riots in 2500 homes , seven mosques and nine Buddhist monasteries were burned. There was curfew veranlasst.In the houses of the Rohingya Muslims were heaps of corpses found and many are still missing. We want these events do not just watch, but support the people in need biiznillah and hope for your donations so that we the Bedüftigen can provide food and medicines. We can manufacture alhamdulillah contacts to Bangladesh and Burma and have been able to biiznillah some help needy families. (More details in this event) We now have the opportunity to participate in the construction of a health station. Furthermore, the human food parcels will be distributed there. 1 bag of rice (50 kg) costs 15 € 2 liter of oil costs the equivalent of € 5. In addition, further firewood will be distributed to the families in shaa Allah. Abu Huraira R. A. narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw). said: "Sadaqa has diminished still no possessions Allah increases the prestige of his servant, if this award, and it increases everyone who is humble to Allah's will..
