From December 18, 2013 to January 5, 2014 our family will embark on a Cross country road trip bringing awareness to the most horrific and insidious form of child abuse that most have never heard of: Parental Alienation(PA). PA involves the programming of a child by a parent to denigrate the other "targeted" parent in an effort to undermine and interfere with the child's relationship with that parent. The denigration results in the unjustifiable rejection of the targeted parent and the loss of a loving and compassionate parent (and siblings) from the life of the child. Our family has lost a daughter, sister, and our best friend to Parental Alienation. She has also being kept from our entire side of the family. We miss her dearly.
This abuse has reached epic proportions but still remains virtually unheard of. We are about to change all that. My wife, children are embarking on a cross country road trip to raise awareness to this abuse.
We will be driving from Palm Springs California across the country to Times Square, New York City. We will be stopping at as many news agencies, landmarks, and court houses as possible to make sure that Parental Alienation becomes a household name and no one ever uses a child to hurt another parent or grandparent. This nightmare needs to stop. Please help us fund our Drop The Ball on PAS awareness road trip and help bring an end to this insidious form of child abuse.
