Please help my sister.

Back in June 2003, my sister had a procedure done to remove a Hemangeoma above her left eye. About a year later, she noticed that the bulge was coming back, but no longer had the health insurance to cover treatment, and paying out of pocket wasn't an option. Due to recent health related issues, she was referred to a specialist in Hershey, PA for a consultation, during which she learned she had an Arteriovenous Malformation above her left eye. Because of the rarity of her condition, the specialist in Hershey referred her to Johns Hopkins for treatment. Treatment would include an MRI, a camera and dye test, plus the surgery. Total cost is roughly $80,000.
Ann not only has to deal with pain and discomfort on a daily basis, she also has to deal with the stares, glares, rude whispers, and downright mean comments some people have the nerve to make to her. She, like many other people fall into the bracket of hard working individuals who make too much for assistance, but not enough for health insurance. Without the help of caring individuals, I fear that my sister won't get the relief she truly deserves. Nobody should have to live in constant pain. Physical or emotional.
My sister is a kind, caring, hard working single mother who always puts everyone elses needs above her own. She never complains. She gets up every morning and does what needs to be done for her son. She's always there to lend a helping hand to someone in need, no matter who they are. Ann is one of the most beautiful people I have had the privilege of having in my life. Please help me help her have the quality of life she deserves.
