In August 2014, 21 year old, Eric Lorenz was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer called Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) in his kidney. He had it removed and everything seemed to be going well. When he went back for his 3rd follow-up scan in late July, it showed another tumor had grown into his esophogus, stomach, liver and intestines. His family and friends are beyond devastated. To make matters even worse, Eric's sister Janelle, passed away from a brain tumor a little over a year ago. This is too much for any parent or anyone to bear.
