Toys for Boston Children's Hospital

This cutie is Eleannys Morales Sanchez, the 9-year old daughter of one of our coworkers. In July, Eleannys was not feeling well and having fevers, and it was soon discovered that she was suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or ALL. In the five months since she was diagnosed, she and her mom have spent weeks at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital.
Her mother, Regina, has decided that what she would like to do for Christmas this year is to raise money to purchase toys and other supplies that are needed in the Oncology Patient and Family Resource Room at Boston Children's Hospital. Instead of looking at all of the negatives, she is trying to make the hospital a happier place for not only her daughter, but all of the children and families currently impacted by cancer.
That is where we come in - we are trying to raise enough money to exceed Regina's goal and bring a smile to Eleannys's face as well as all of the other children at Children's Hospital this holiday season.
Money will be used to purchase much needed supplies including crafts, movies, gift cards, games, books, and electronics which will then be donated directly to the hospital's Family Resource Room.
