Emergency, Help Needed!

I started this page 8 months ago. I was hard hit by the economy and bad health issues, I'm insulin dependant diabetic and have Hashimoto's disease and I have been out of work off and on for two years.
I didn't reach enough people and didn't even make 20% of my goal. I probably didn't post enough or continually ask, pride I guess.
I'm asking for your help now though. I've barely made it through the past few months. I've found permanant work but my debt and car issues are too deep to dig out. I have no 401k to draw from and no credit to speak of to even try to get a loan. 90% of my debt is health and car repairs. And now I'm behind on my normal bills to keep a roof over my head. I'm 2 months behind on rent and 3 months behind on utilities/health care/ect.
I'm physically unable to get a 2nd job unless it's work from home, but I haven't found anything I can do online yet that is legitimate. I swear that I'm searching every day.
My most pressing is rent, health insurance and immediate car repairs to drive safely. I've got an hour in each direction commute. In order to keep my insurance, my home and my car I need $4000.
I know it's a lot to ask. I'm horrified that I've reached this point. But I have no support system, only you.
Please. If some guy can raise $85 thousand dollars for potato salad, I'm hoping someone who is struggling just to not be homeless can garner some of the same interst.
