Just Keep Swimming for Sandra Rose

We have known the Bilotta/Kleinert families for over 15 years, they are people that are quick to step-up and extend a helping hand when someone is in need. They could use some additional love and support at the moment. One of the family members, Sandra Rose has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
Sandra Rose, who is 31, is an American living with her spouse, Amanda, in England where she teaches special education. In June of 2013, she gave birth to two beautiful little girls, Emma Rose and Lily Grace. They had a rough start, born premature at 32 weeks.
The little fighters persevered, and on July 14th 2013 the girls were able to come home and their new adventure together began. Sandra Rose had not been feeling well, but her symptoms were considered normal after giving birth to twins.
On October 29th 2013, this new family received the devastating news that Sandra Rose has Acute Myeloid Leukemia with chromosome abnormalities that are extremely rare. They will know more in the next couple of weeks after her bone marrow biopsy. The abnormalities are making it harder to fight with standard chemotherapy and she will need a bone marrow transplant.
It has been very difficult for her family because the Atlantic Ocean is separating them. We want to help alleviate some of the pressure on them so they can focus their energy on supporting Sandra Rose and Amanda in their fight.
We are asking for donations to help support the family in anything they need during this time. Which will include medical test expenses to determine if family members are bone marrow matches, travel costs incurred in her treatment and other things that might pop up along her road to recovery.
Sandra Rose's determination to fight this disease is inspiring, rallying behind the battle cry: "I am going to make Cancer my Bitch." She is a little pit bull who will keep fighting for her girls and Amanda.
