Monument for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Donation protected
Apart from Baker Street, South Norwood is another area that can boast it's Sherlock Holmes connection, as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle lived in Tennison Road when he wrote the demise of his most famous creation.
Apart from the blue plaque on the wall of a privately owned house, South Norwood Tourist Board would like to commission an artist to create a statue / monument to honour our once great resident.
