Please Help Me Pay Off My Debt

Okay guys I am officially in a bit of a financial crisis. Basically I’m still dealing with this colossal mess from my last job where they had been making payments while I was on unpaid leave into my savings. This happened at about the same time I was expecting my tax return. Long story short I had no idea I was being paid until I received a letter telling me I had to pay it all back, which is all well and good but I’d been living off of the funds in my savings account because I had to quit my job because I had a depressive breakdown and was suicidal and it’s all just a huge mess. Not only are they charging me the $2000 that they already paid me but also an additional $2000 for reasons that I don’t really understand but apparently I legally have to pay it all or they'll come after me and sue me? And to make matters worse, not only do i owe them but also my mother who has been buying me gas and paying my phone bill. So yeah if you guys could help me out at all I would be so so grateful. They want the full amount by the end of November. I just started this new job on Monday and I won't even get my first paycheck for a month so there's no way I can ear the money in time on my own. I'm so sorry to ask for help like this, but I honestly just don't know what else to do anymore.
