Stop me getting evicted!

I have multiple sclerosis and depression, and use a wheelchair. Bank charges meant that a rent standing order bounced, leading to more charges - and so a vicious circle was established, leading to substantial arrears building up.They were as high as 4000 pounds. I've managed to bring them down to 2000 pounds, but again missed a payment due to bank charges. The housing association are demanding payment of the full amount of the arrears or they will evict me on Wednesday 20th November. I am a proud Scot, and hate having to admit that I need help with my finances - but I do. I am immensely grateful to the lovely people who convinced me to open this page, and the equally lovely people who have donated. Cybercupcakes all round!

I have had to increase my target to 3000 pounds. GoFundMe takes 5 per cent of funds raised. Also my housing association are insisting on me paying court fees before they'll withdraw the eviction. I'm so grateful to everyone who's donated so far, and sorry to have to ask for more. :(
