My name is Casey and I am raising money to help my brother and sister in law with medical bills. This past Monday my nephew was rushed by ambulance to the hospital due to confusion and being “out of it.” He was tranferred from UCMC to UMD PICU with the diagnosis of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis or ADEM. He has a very long road ahead of him. Due to the severity of his disease my sister in law and brother are unable to work. We do not know how long he will be hospitalized.
