Start a charity recycling mobility equip

I want to set up a nonprofit which will take donated wheelchairs, canes, walkers, bed pans, and other basic needs distributing them to low income or in need families at a very low cost. The remaining profits will go towards expanding to other US communities that need the same service. I did a lot of the paperwork but need help applying for a 501c3, hire a lawyer to write the customer contract, and to get insurance. Any leftover funds will go towards buying parts to refurbish donated equipment.
