Helping Hands for Bohol

On October 15, 2013 a 7.2 earthquake struck Central Visayas in the Philippines...
Hearing that and then trying to contact our loved ones miles and miles away to make sure they were okay is something I do not wish upon anyone. I can only imagine what they were going through.
I Thank God that my family there has survived such a tragic experience. But there are many people that need our prayers and our help in every way possible.
Many are hungry and thirsty and I feel so helpless so far away. I found out about this site through a friend and thought I would reach out to all of you to extend a hand in helping me raise money for my family, relatives, friends, loved ones, and all that has been affected.
My Uncle is the President of the Tagbilaran Association of Southern California (TASCI). TASCI is a non-profit organization of Filipinos and Filipino-Americans, who have family ties in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
"Rise Up... Bohol" is the main project of TASCI to raise funds for Bohol earthquake victims. TASCI is joining hands with Tagbilaran Community Hospital's Earthquake Relief Operations in order to facilitate and streamline a faster delivery of the goods, medical supplies and direct care of the victims."
I am not one who favors asking but this is something I feel strongly about. So, I am asking you all for your help to please extend your blessings in any kind, every penny counts. Your help to share this on your page for others to see would truly mean a lot.
