Please Help AZI!!

My friend, Eric, broke his neck in June. He is recovering well but has depleted his savings. This morning, backing out of his driveway at 5 mph, Eric ran over puppy, Asriel. Azi needs immediate specialized vet care, including surgery costing $4000. His immediate vet bill has been paid via Credit Care; costs are likely to increase. Please help Eric and Azi. There are four children in the family who need their puppy to be made whole again!
