As the House Republicans have shut down the Federal
Government, and I really enjoy breathing and eating, I've decided to fund the EPA for week.
The regular EPA's budget is $8,449,385,000, but I think that might be a tough goal to reach in a month, so I'm just looking to get the EPA back up and running for a day. If you have part or all of the $24,003,935 we'll need, please give!
