Flood Relief for BVSD Families

Many Boulder Valley School District families are in need of flood relief. FEMA and other organizations are working as diligently as possible to help meet these needs. However, there are waitlists for help to meet basic needs: long-term housing, clothing, and food.
Closing the Gap Boulder County (CTGBC) is a Boulder-based organization that is a resource for families who need some support. Over the past few days, CTGBC has been able to help 5 BVSD families in need of immediate housing negotiate lower rents and has been able to supplement differences between what these families could afford and the negotiated terms of the leases.
There are more families who need help. CTGBC is one resource for Boulder flood relief with short waiting lists for BVSD families, but it needs your support to help meet the needs of these families.
