James Pfrunder Memorial

The organizers and pilots participating in the 2016 Willi XC Challenge set up this campaign out of respect for fellow pilot James Pfrunder. James died tragically while flying his paraglider on Mount 7 during the competition.

All funds generated will be donated to his partner, Zara, and daughter Odessa. Our heartfelt condolences go out to them, James' extened family and friends.

As free flight pilots, we understand the risks we take and accept them so we can enjoy the freedom of flight. Our choices though can lead to unintended consequences for our loved ones.
