This is Jeannette. My beautiful, bubbly friend with the biggest smile & heart. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer that has spread into numerous lymph nodes in her neck/chest, liver AND spine. She had Spinal Surgery on 3/29 to avoid permanent paralysis.
