Davis Graveyard Studio (storage)
We are looking to rent a 20' x 8' garage that we can store most of the large pieces of our Halloween decorations off site to free up space in the upstairs of our shop for studio space. We'd need to rent the space the year and rent a u-haul in November to load it up and again in September to get it all out. Our budget for a year of storage and truck rentals would be $1300.
The free studio space would be used to do more molding and casting and also to hold workshops year round. It would be a work space for smaller projects and a lounge area for people coming over to work on props. It would also allow us to provide a meeting space for several of the groups and associations we work with.
