In the memory of Warrant Officer Candidate McNealy we are seeking donations to assist his family.
On 10 July 2013, Warrant Officer Candidate Darrell R. McNealy, a 40 year-old student at the Warrant Officer Training Company, Fort Rucker, AL, died while conducting training as a member of Class 13-18. His strongest desire was to achieve the rank of Warrant Officer and continue to serve the Army.
McNealy previously served as a platoon sergeant with 4-58th Airfield Operations Battalion at Camp Humphrey, South Korea, and was training to become an Air Traffic and Air Space Manager. McNealy also served at Fort Rucker with B Co., 1-13th Aviation Regiment, 1st Aviation Brigade. He held the rank of Sergeant First Class before entering Warrant Officer Candidate School.
He was an Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran and served 12 years in the Army.
He will be deeply missed.
