Bring FLY Yoga Arts to the Inner City

FLY Yoga Arts- Freedom Lives in You! The FLY Yoga Arts Program combines Creative Arts and Yoga Practice to offer essential life tools to youth nationwide. A large portion of our program targets at-risk youth in inner city neighborhoods and schools, and offers after school and in school curriculum. Our program is aimed at growing self awareness, compassionate communication, and physical/ mental health. We aim to guide students to gain greater perspective on all aspects of their lives and their worlds, empowering them to impact their communities with open minds and loving hearts.
