Justice for Roma&Harlow Expenses

On March 14 2017 during blizzard Stella a typical day of letting your dogs out to play turned into a tragedy for Devon Williams and Zach Cragle. Their neighbor shot two of their dogs Roma and Harlow. Roma did not make it sadly but Harlow is currently awaiting surgery with possible leg amputation. Any help to get justice for these 2 beloved animals would be greatly appreciated. Donations will help cover medical expenses and a lawyer. Devon has always been a avid dog lover and loves her dogs like they are her children. All of their dogs are rescue dogs and they are very active in the rescue community.
