Allen's trip to 2013 IVC in Turkey

To my beloved brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus,
Praise God for His love and faithfulness to all generations! Our God is the redeeming Father and He will restore all that has been lost and His name will be known in all nations! Our God is good.
As many of you already know, I have been consistently serving as a staff member and minister in the mission organization, InterCP, and this year I have committed to continue in serving and am taking on a bigger role as a core leader for the campus ministry movement in America. Despite my weaknesses and shortcomings, God has been moving very powerfully in and through my life and I can confidently say that His grace is truly enough and that the Lord is really doing powerful things in our generation.
This summer, in serving the campus ministry of InterCP, God has provided me with the opportunity to train and empower this generation by attending International Vision Conference (IVC) in Turkey! Expecting over 800 attendees, IVC will gather believers from all over the world to join in one vision for the sake of world evangelism and the completion of the Great Commission in our generation! During this conference, I will take part in serving the world church leaders and build relationships with brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ from all over the earth who are also living for mission revival. Our vision is for Global Alliance and we believe that this yearly conference will be crucial in bringing the world church together to serve the unreached/unengaged people groups as one body and as one church.
Also during this time, I have been invited to help in training and commissioning 19 student (one-year) missionaries to the unreached people groups this summer! This year we will send student missionaries to multiple nations. We will be holding a short training camp in Istanbul to prepare these missionaries for the field and send them off to be ministers to the lost for one-year. We believe that God is raising up a student missions movement in America and I count it the greatest honor to be able to serve my brothers and sisters who are committing a whole year of their lives to serve the unreached. Please pray for all the student missionaries who are currently serving these countries and also for the 4 new teams that are entering into the field this summer.
Although I will only be in Istanbul for a week and a half, I will surrender everything for the sake of the Lord's will to be done during my time there. Like any other ministry, the only way by which all things will take place is by and through prayer! I ask that you pray for 2013 International Vision Conference and all the schedule prepared for this week that God would receive praise and glory and that through everything, all generations in all nations would rise to in victory and finish the task in our generation!
