Help for Beanie's vet care

I'm really needing assistance and donations to help my dog get seen for seizures, I just lost my 1st corgi two days ago, she became suddenly ill and passed on without getting the care she needs and I'm heartbroken. Beanie has been seizing for a few days now, I am really not wanting to lose her, my situation is kind of difficult. I just got out of a 7 year relationship and they left me with my animals, 5 cents in my bank account and no transportation to get anywhere. I don't currently work because I am not able to but my animals are my world and I would do anything for them so please if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it more than you know. I'm willing to surrender Beanie to someone that will allow me to see her, even thru pictures, as long as she's being taken care of. I'd do anything to save her. I just don't have the funds currently to help her.
