Save Limpy

Limpy is the large and friendly cat that belongs to my wife and I. He is the light of the room that many humans wish they could be. He is gentle, social, and a little loud sometimes.
He was found as a stray nearly 13 years ago with a broken leg before he was even old enough to be weened. My wife (before we met while she was still in high school) took him in after the shelter said they would have to put him down due to his injury. She has had him ever since.


Limpy more adopted me than I him after my wife and I were married, to the point that many people think he was with me first. Regardless Limpy means the world to me, my wife, and even our other cat who already misses him.


Limpy is very sick and currently hospitalized with our vet in critical condition. We have already spent $1500.00 on tests and parliamentary treatments. However, until his condition is stabilized there no way for the vet to determine what the root cause of his illness is.


We have shelved our plans to move in order to use the money to save Limpy but we have already gone half way through it.
